    • Collaboration with a functional nutritionist to interpret data and translate it into realistic, day to day actions

    • More frequent personalization and refinement of fitness, nutrition, and wellness strategies

    • Two private one on one 60 minute coaching sessions with Christine focused on mindset, fitness, strategy, and integration

    • Deeper accountability and feedback, aligned with your schedule, stress, and season
